L. Wayne Bossola, D.M.D.

Dr. Bossola, a native of Pennsylvania , received his D.M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1975. After graduation, he completed a master’s thesis regarding dental implant care. He then went on to complete a three-year general dental practice residency. Over the years, Dr. Bossola has continued his advanced education in periodontics, cosmetic periodontal procedures and dental implants.

Dr. Bossola has been practicing periodontics and dental implant placement locally for over 26 years. He works hard to foster lasting relationships with his patients and referring dentists.

Dedicated to continuing education, Dr. Bossola lectures to general dentists bi-yearly and presents at meetings for the Study Club. He formerly served as President of the Pittsburgh Academy of Periodontics.

On a Personal Note

Dr. Bossola lives locally with Charmagne, his wife of 25 years. They have two children, Brandon and Brittany. In his free time, he enjoys snorkeling, golf, skiing and boating.
